You'll need a standard outdoor garden hose with access to a water spigot, a working electrical outlet within 20 feet of the setup area (or a generator rental from us), and enough clear space to accommodate the slide's footprint plus anchoring stakes. We can set up water slides on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Grass is our preferred surface — it's the safest landing for riders and easiest on the equipment. We cannot set up on rocks or gravel. If your setup area has slopes, stairs, or other challenges, call us before booking so we can confirm compatibility.

Yes, we deliver water slides to parks — but most public parks do not have electricity, so you'll need to add a generator rental to your order. Also keep in mind that most park spaces are first come, first served, so plan to arrive early to secure your spot. Confirm with your local parks department that inflatables are permitted at your reserved area.
Light rain generally isn't a problem for water slides since guests are already wet! However, in the event of severe weather — including lightning, high winds, or dangerous storm conditions — we reserve the right to cancel for safety. If conditions are borderline, we'll give you the option to keep the rental or cancel. If you choose to keep it, no refunds will be issued.
